We want to thank the RISE coaches for their upbeat energy and for working with our swimmer on stroke technique this past short course season. They have created an environment for personal growth through hard work along with awesome team spirit, and she is loving it! My swimmer set a goal for herself to break :30 in the 50 free. She blew past that goal and I'm sure there will be more times broken! More importantly she loves learning, competing and is having fun doing it. My swimmer has thrived on this team and we already feel like part of the RISE Family. She just mentioned the other day how Coach Adam's conversations with the team after practices and at meets are really amazing and shows how much he cares about everyone.
We are excited about long course and what's ahead for our swimmer and her new RISE Team!
